heatsealable, silver, chemically treated polyester faced
laminate used in flexible packaging of cosmetics and foodstuffs.
Adhesive coated three layer laminate: PET 12μ/Adh/Alu
9μ/Adh/LLDPE 75μ.
Applications and Use
Polyester-faced laminated pouching material used in flexible
packaging of dry and wet goods such as product samples of
cosmetic creams, lotions, oils and shampoos. Good chemical
resistance.
Conversion and Printing
The chemically treated PET face provides printability Flexo and
offset with UV low migration inks. The relatively thick product has
very good dimensional stability.
Statement of Practical Use: Tthis product should be tested
thoroughly under end-user conditions to ensure it meets the
requirements of the specific application. This is particularly the
case if the intended use is for food. Avery Dennison therefore
request the client to do sufficient testing to make sure that the
intended application does not cause any harm and is safe.
Shelf Life
To obtain optimal performance, use this product within half a year
of the date of manufacture, under storage conditions as defined
by FINAT (20-25°C; 40-50%RH). Prolonged storage outside
these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
