81EU50R1210、83SR50R1210和83SR51R1210替换部件(制造商:
Macronix)于2018年10月实施。
在一个使用新闪存的模块交付的项目中,发现:
使用PDD写入/读取应用程序存在问题。
模块通过PDD加载应用程序。这些首先写入
内存随后,模块的处理程序复制应用程序
从RAM进入闪存。然而,对于PDD,在成功写入RAM后,过程完成,因此PDD不会报告任何错误。
从RAM到闪存的复制不会发生或仅部分发生。如果您尝试用PDD读回应用程序,则会从闪存中查询。因为没有数据或不正确
数据,错误消息显示“禁用,未找到列表代码”。
当拔插模块时,由于内存易失性,存储在RAM中的应用程序会被删除。
以下步骤是确定模块是否受影响的必要步骤:
1.确定模块的生产日期。这可以通过检查
封装或连接器。或者可以使用PDD的GAF/OVE功能来完成。
标签上印有以下信息:
识别号、模块名称、硬件索引、日期代码+序列号

日期代码的结构如下:YMMY。(Y=年,M=月)
例如,对于K1118 0050,生产日期为2018年11月11日。

STATUS : DR A FT REVIS IO N: A PAG E: 3 ( 10) 3 Description Due to the obsolescence of a Flash PROM (Manufacturer: AMD) on the three modules 81EU50R1210, 83SR50R1210 and 83SR51R1210 the replacement component (Manufacturer: Macronix) was implemented in October 2018. In one project which was delivered with modules using the new Flash it was discovered that there are problems with writing/reading application programs with PDDS. Modules are loaded via the PDDS with application programs. These are first written to the RAM. Subsequently, the processing program of the modules copy the application programs from the RAM into the Flash. For the PDDS, however, the process is complete after successfully writing to the RAM and therefore PDDS is not reporting any error. Copying from RAM to Flash does not or only partly take place. If you try to read back the application program with PDDS it is queried from the Flash. Since there are no data or incorrect data, the error message appears "Disable, list code not found". When pulling and plugging a module, the application program stored in RAM is deleted because the memory is volatile. The following steps are necessary to identify if modules are affected: 1. Identify the production date of the modules. This can be done by checking the label on the package or the connector. Or it can be done using GAF/OVE functionality of PDDS. The label is e.g. printed with the following information: Ident number Module Designation HW-Index Date code + Serial number GJR2403800R1210 81EU50R1210 HW-Index: B K1118 0050 The date code is structured as following: YMMY.
