(见AMC 145.1)
(a) 大起飞重量不超过2730 kg的飞机或用于商业用途的任何飞机

ANR 145.1 General
(See AMC 145.1)
(a) No aircraft above 2730 kg maximum takeoff weight or any aircraft when used for Commercial
Air Transport may fly unless a certificate of release to service has been issued by an
organisation for maintenance carried out on the aircraft or an aircraft component intended for
fitment to such an aircraft.
(b) No organisation may certify for release to service an aircraft used for Commercial Air Transport
unless either approved in accordance with this ANR145Cor accepted in accordance with the
ANR145.10(c) alternative. Except where stated otherwise in subparagraph (e), no organisation
may maintain such an aircraft unless either appropriately approved in accordance with this
ANR145C or accepted in accordance with the ANR145.10(c) alternative, or working under the
quality system of an appropriately approved or accepted ANR145Cmaintenance organisation.
NOTE: An ANR145C approval is not required for the pre-flight inspection.
(c) No organisation may certify for release to service an aircraft component intended for fitment to
an aircraft used for Commercial Air Transport unless either approved in accordance with this
ANR145C or accepted in accordance with the ANR145.10(c) alternative.
Except where stated otherwise in subparagraph (e), no organisation may maintain such an
