ABB robot installations. This robot is a large, highperformance, all-steel constructed manipulator matched
with the S4C controller. Northline has invested in this
system to support the large install base on this industrial
manufacturing robot. The acid test for any good repair is
system-testing the repaired unit. We test your unit though a
series of program exercises to simulate factory
conditions. Additional weight on themanipulator,
(up to 500lbs) allows us to load-test the system all theway

simple and efficient. Dynamic testing is the only truly
