traces. Specialized multi meters, oscilloscopes, continuity

Traces and cold solder joints are reflowed and non
conforming board level parts are replaced with new.
Full “Function” testing is a methodology used to ensure a
quality repair on a subcomponent of your production machines.
This is employed when a dedicated system test is unnecessary
due to the nature of the part. Functional testing provides an
dynamic closed loop test to confirm proper function or output of
an individualdevice.
Specialized multi meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, load
banks, capacitance meters and specifically designed test jigs are
the tools we use to achieve full-function testing of repaired
components.
