如果更换，The board has, in addition, three sensor inputs forinductive sensors. These inputs are scanned more
often then standard inputs for faster response times.The temperature of the motors are monitored by PTC
(Positive Temperature Coefficient) inputs to the board.
The resistance of a PTC is approximately 120 Ohms at
room temperature. If the motors gets extremely hot, this
resistance will go high.For troubleshooting procedures refer to the Motors ON
chapter in this manual.
If replaced,Lights when high signals arereceived from sensors 1-3.he LED shines more brightly
the more voltage is input. Thismeans that even if the inputvoltage is just under thevoltage level “1”, the LED will
glow dimly.F Red Turns OFF when the board
approves the initialization.EN Green Turns ON to indicate computersystem is operating.AS Yellow Turns ON when the Run Chain1 circuits up to and includingthe automatic mode safeguardstop (AS) are closed.
MS Yellow Turns ON when the Run Chain1 enabling device on the teachpendant is pressed halfway
and the circuits up to andincluding the manual mode
safeguard stop (MS) areclosed.GS Yellow Turns ON when the Run Chaincircuits up to and includingthe general mode safeguardstop (GS) are closed.The Power Supply Unit is the source of power for the
computer boards. The DC voltages go through the back
plane. The Power Supply is short circuit protected.Which means that if any of the outputs are shorted, the
power supply will drop the voltage until the short is fixed.
The DC voltages can be checked with a digitalmultimeter. There are no dedicated test points for these
