通道）以测试输入是否正常工作。The combined I/O, DSQC 315, is equipped with 16
digital inputs, 16 digital outputs (see DSQC 223, page
2-17) and 2 analog outputs 1-10V (see DSQC 209,
page 2-19). See digital I/O and analog I/O specification
and tips. Refer to Chapter 11 - Inputs & Outputs for
procedure.The analog I/O board, DSQC 209, converts analognput signals to digital and vice versa. The signal level
equals 10V in and out with a resolution of 12 bitsincluding characters. The board is supplied with ±15V,either internally or externally. The analog side of theboard is galvanically insulated from the system. Theoutput, is the current output, which can drive or sinka current of 20 mA. The board has a test input/output onhe front panel and a test switch which can be used totest whether the board is working properly. By turningthe test switch to the position for measuring inputs, apower supply can be connected to the test terminal
(protecting resistance should be used in the serial
channel) to test whether the inputs are working properly.Turns ON when it receives ahigh signal from an input. TheLED shines more brightly themore voltage is input. Thismeans that even if the inputvoltage is just under thevoltage level “1”, the LED willglow dimly.OUTPUT Yellow Turns ON when a high signalis sent from an output. TheLED shines more brightly themore voltage is output.F Red Turns off when the boardapproves the Initialization.The digital input and output board, DSQC 223, has 16opto-isolated inputs and 16 opto-isolated outputs. Eachinput and output has its own yellow LED which indicates
whether or not the input/output is activated. The inputsand outputs normally receive their 24VDC supply from
a customer connection, but this can also be suppliedinternally (XS3/XT3 terminals A15,B15,A16,B16,C16.
If none of the I/O channels work, check first that the
boards are initialized (the red F-LED should be OFF on
all I/O boards). Note that if, for some reason, the
system's parameters change,
