Its status is also indicated by LEDs on the front of the board. The board has, in addition, three sensor inputs for inductive sensors. These inputs are scanned more often then standard inputs for faster response times. The temperature of the motors are monitored by PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) inputs to the board. The resistance of a PTC is approximately 120 Ohms at room temperature. If the motors gets extremely hot, this resistance will go high. For troubleshooting procedures refer to the Motors ON chapter in this manual. If replaced, there are no adjustments or procedures required. Sheet 7 ..........................
