There should be no continuity between any terminal and case of the controller. 7.2.5 If remote speed potentiometer has been connected to terminals 6, 7 and 9 of the controller, DISCONNECT THESE LEADS. 7.2 PROBLEM: ACTUATOR GOES TO FULL STROKE WHEN DC POWER IS TURNED ON (ENGINE IS NOT OPERATING).
