 8检修注意事项装配不当。过早失效的风险！效率损失！•强烈建议任何超出本手册所述范围的机器拆卸均应通过Busch完成。警告被有害物质污染的机器。有中毒的危险！感染风险！如果机器被有害物质污染：•穿戴适当的个人防护设备。如果机器输送的气体被有害健康的异物污染：•尽可能对机器进行去污，并在“污染声明”中说明污染状态。Busch只接受带有完整填写且具有法律约束力的“污染声明”的机器。（表格可从www.buschvacuum.com下载）9停运•关闭机器并锁定以防意外启动。•将连接的管线排放至大气压力。•断开所有连接。如果要存储机器：•请参阅存储[► 7]. 9.1拆卸和处置•排空油。•拆下排气过滤器。•拆下机油滤清器。•从机器中分离特殊废物。•按照适用法规处理特殊废物。8 Overhaul NOTICE Improper assembly. Risk of premature failure! Loss of efficiency! • It is highly recommended that any dismantling of the machine that goes beyond anything that is described in this manual should be done through Busch. WARNING Machines contaminated with hazardous material. Risk of poisoning! Risk of infection! If the machine is contaminated with hazardous material: • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. In case of the machine having conveyed gas that was contaminated with foreign materials which are dangerous to health: • Decontaminate the machine as much as possible and state the contamination status in a ‘Declaration of Contamination’. Busch will only accept machines that come with a completely filled in and legally binding signed ‘Declaration of Contamination’. (Form downloadable from www.buschvacuum.com) 9 Decommissioning • Shut down the machine and lock against inadvertent start up. • Vent the connected lines to atmospheric pressure. • Disconnect all connections. If the machine is going to be stored: • See Storage [► 7]. 9.1 Dismantling and Disposal • Drain the oil. • Remove the exhaust filters. • Remove the oil filter. • Separate special waste from the machine. • Dispose of special waste in compliance with applicable regulations.
