The register set is rarely altered by the user, but the ability to read these registers, particularly the Base Address Registers, will be necessary to locate the other two sets of registers. Local Configuration Registers – Base Address Register 0 has the starting address for register memory space accesses and Base Address Register 1 has the starting address for register IO space accesses.
