控制方案
硫酸部分:主要有液位,浓度,温度调节控制.液位(除锅炉液位外),浓度,没有什么干扰,使用单回路较易 实现,温度调节主要有焚硫炉出口温度,主蒸汽温度调节。温度存在滞后现象,前者主要受磺压,风量的 影响,后者受减温水流量影响,使用单回路较难实现,方案中考虑不足,同时该厂设计中,在阀的选择上也存在着一定的问题,所以没能投自动。只有锅炉液位采用三冲量调节,控制结构如下:
发电部分:主要有液位,温度,压力调节控制.全部采用单回路调节。该车间由于生产情况要求,及调节阀缺陷,除热井水位,除氧器水位,除氧器压力外,多作手动调节。
四、画面构成
硫酸部分:画面共分为:干吸工段,液硫工段,焚硫转化工段,成品工段,风机流程,工艺状态表,汽机流程,历史趋势,三冲量调节,调节回路控制操作,系统焚硫锅炉停车画面,系统干吸转化停车画面,废热锅炉及辅助设备。
 发电部分:画面共分为:除氧给水,减温减压流程,油回路图,工艺壮态表,历史趋势,调节回路,汽轮机组,报警事件,报警参数管理,联锁图。动态数据在流程图上相应处显示,点击画面按钮,画面之间可相互切换,点击工艺流程图上相应的调节阀,既可弹出PID画面,可在线修改给定值和输出值,可对PID参数进行整定.
Control scheme

Power generation: mainly including liquid level, temperature and pressure regulation and control All adopt single circuit regulation. Due to the requirements of production conditions and the defects of regulating valve, the workshop makes manual adjustment except for the water level of hot well, the water level of Deaerator and the pressure of deaerator.
4、 Picture composition
Sulfuric acid part: the picture is divided into: dry absorption section, liquid sulfur section, sulfur burning conversion section, finished product section, fan process, process status table, steam turbine process, historical trend, three impulse regulation, regulation loop control operation, system sulfur burning boiler shutdown picture, system dry absorption conversion shutdown picture, waste heat boiler and auxiliary equipment.
Power generation: the picture is divided into: deaerated water supply, temperature and pressure reduction process, oil circuit diagram, process state table, historical trend, regulation circuit, steam turbine unit, alarm event, alarm parameter management and interlocking diagram. The dynamic data is displayed at the corresponding position on the flow chart. Click the picture button to switch between the pictures. Click the corresponding regulating valve on the process flow chart to pop up the PID picture, modify the given value and output value online, and set the PID parameters
